Because your product is personalized — your photo, your name, your design — it isn't sitting pre-made in a warehouse. Each item is custom printed, quality-checked, and carefully packed by our team.

• Processing (before dispatch): 2–3 business days
• Quality Check: Every item is inspected by hand before packing to make sure your print, colors, and design are exactly right
• Dispatch: Once packed, your order is booked with TCS the same day

Note: During sale periods (like our Independence Day Sale) or bulk/corporate orders, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed via WhatsApp if there's any delay.

Once your order is booked with TCS, delivery typically takes:

• 📦 Orders below Rs. 3,000: flat delivery charge of Rs. 350 (TCS courier rate)

Once your order is dispatched, we will send your TCS tracking number directly on WhatsApp (0346-6458815) and via email, so you can follow your parcel in real time. If you ever have questions about where your order is, just message us — we reply personally, every time.

We know personalized gifts carry sentimental value, so we don't take chances with packaging. Every mug, frame, and fragile item is wrapped with protective padding and packed securely to survive transit. In the rare case something arrives damaged:

1. Please do not discard the packaging — take clear photos of the box and the product.
2. Message us on WhatsApp (0346-6458815) or email almadinastudio7@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will arrange a free replacement — no extra cost, no hassle.
