Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Al Madina Studio, we are committed to ensuring your creative assets and physical products arrive in perfect condition and in a timely manner. This policy outlines our procedures for the delivery of digital media as well as physical prints and albums.
Digital Delivery (Media Assets)
The majority of our creative projects are delivered via high-speed digital transfer to ensure maximum quality and convenience.
- Delivery Method: Final edited photos and videos are shared through a secure, private download gallery or a direct cloud link (e.g., WeTransfer or Google Drive).
- Standard Photography: Digital delivery is completed within 7 business days following your session.
- Videography & Complex Editing: Projects of this nature are typically delivered within 14 to 21 business days.
- Access Period: Download links remain active for 60 days from the date of delivery.
Physical Shipping (Prints & Albums)
For clients who have ordered heirloom albums, framed prints, or canvas artwork, the following terms and timelines apply.
Processing & Production
- Production Lead Time: Custom albums and professional prints are made to order and require 10 to 14 business days for production prior to dispatch.
- Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, Al Madina Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your shipment. All charges imposed during or after shipping โ including tariffs and applicable taxes โ are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that a physical product arrives damaged, please follow the steps below so we can resolve the matter promptly.
- Document the Damage: Photograph both the damaged packaging and the affected product clearly before disposal.
- Notify Us Promptly: Email our support team at almadinastudio7@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your photos and order details.
- Resolution: Upon review, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you as quickly as possible.
